Exchanges and Returns


Let's face it we all make mistakes, so if, or when they happen, I would like to think that we at GNP have your back.

If you have purchased the wrong product, if it's in its original packaging and has not been installed, simply return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 


Please contact us before shipping to us with your information and reason for the return. 

If applicable, your item may be repaired or replaced under manufacturer's warranty at the discretion of Great North Performance. 


All products returned to Great North Performance becomes the property of Great North Performance and may not be returned.


It is the responsibility of the customer/installer to verify the correctness of the size and application of the parts before installation. If you are unsure about any one of our product please contact us.


Once the parts have been installed they no longer qualify for a return or exchange. If it's been longer than 30 days, an exchange* or store credit* will be offered only.


*At Great North Performance's discretion.

Installation of performance products may void vehicle warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle.

GNP is not responsible for any losses incurred from the use of any and all products sold.

The owner of the car and user of the products are solely responsible for the legality and safety

of their own vehicle when you modify using aftermarket components.
